Fit & Lean Protein Pancakes

Serve these up this weekend for a great tasting and HEALTHY alternative to that boxed recipe! 37g of protein in each!!


2 scoops Fit & Lean Vanilla Fat Burning Meal Replacement
4oz mashed sweet potato
1/2 cup egg whites
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup water
2 tsp cinnamon

If sweet potato is raw poke holes in and cook in microwave for 5 minutes or until soft.

Remove and let cool before peeling.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hand mixer.

Heat pan and make pancakes!

Top with bananas, raspberries and Lite Syrup! Enjoy! Macros: P37 | C22 | F5
