I’m head over heels!! I absolutely love ALL the flavors but my favorite is definitely the citrus lime. I like to add an extra splash of lemon and I drink it with my meals. My favorite part is that it already has 10g of collagen in it. Top tier!!!
This is the only creatine I've been able to take consistently. Other brands upset my stomach, caused water retention, or both. This one hasn't caused any of those issues, and I'm noticing the benefits like feeling stronger in the gym and more focused at work. Plus, the flavors taste good which makes it easy for me to take daily.
I put a scoop of this in a shaker and sip on it during my workouts. These are my favorite electrolytes I've found. Some other brands are way too salty for me, but these are perfect. I love that they don't contain any sugar or artificial sweeteners, and the flavors are really refreshing!
I was surprised by how good these are! The fact they're chewable makes them fun and easy for me to take. I like the powdered creatine too, but these are great on the go.
These are SO good! So far the Strawberry Shortcake is my favorite flavor. I'm not always a fan of strawberry flavors, but this one tastes really natural to me. I love how it's full of nutrients and fiber in addition to protein so I can use it as a meal replacement and still get all the nutrition I need.
Absolutely love this collagen! I add it to my coffee every morning so I never forget to take it. I noticed an improvement in my gut health within the first week and recently I've noticed my skin feels more hydrated, my nails are stronger, and my hair is growing in thicker.

Where have these powders been all my life!!!!! Ok ok, last few years!!?? I am on a weightloss journey, especially hard because covid cause me to have heart failure at 34 years old. It is hard to truly work out but also make sure i am eating right when i stink at breakfast and lunch. These shakes have been so helpful in the morning for breakfast. I get eager every night for the morning to come!!!! I do wish they lasted more than 10 days, i use them everyday! Coffee cake is my #1 but i am branching to chocolate because who isn't a chocolate lover!
I also add the collagen powder to my shakes OR even have added to my water as well. You can not even taste!!!!! Honestly, since adding to my life, i am down 64lbs, i am not hungry in the morning and never can tell i have the powders in my water or coffee/milk. Love you fit&lean.
