Quadruple Berry Protein Smoothie

1 cup almond milk
2 scoops Fit & Lean Vanilla Milkshake Fat Burning Meal Replacement
½ cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup mixed strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
4 – 5 ice cubes

Blend till smooth

To make frozen protein berry pops use 2 scoops Fit & Lean Vanilla Fat Burning Meal Replacement, 1 cup of yogurt and no ice cubes.

Pour into freeze pop molds and let set for 2-3 hours
