These mini packets … or samplers … are great for travel. I toss them in a ziplock baggie and into my suitcase. Protein in my coffee (plus - the fiber content is great!) is taken care of for my vacay. No sweat. These are helpful!

I love all the flavors, though chocolate peanut butter is my favorite. But my main reason for buying them is the added superfoods and fiber. Taste great and good for your gut.
